On April 3, 2026, SAM GROUP took part in the 13th Annual Conference “KAZNEFTEGAZSERVICE 2026: Oil and Gas Construction and Engineering”, held at Hilton Astana in Astana. The event was organized by the Union of Oilfield Service Companies of Kazakhstan, KazService — one of the key industry platforms bringing together representatives of the oil and gas market, engineering companies, contractors, investors, and sector experts.
For our team, participation in KAZNEFTEGAZSERVICE 2026 was an important opportunity to strengthen professional connections, discuss current industry challenges, and reaffirm SAM GROUP’s readiness to contribute to the implementation of complex infrastructure and engineering projects in Kazakhstan. The KazService 2026 conference traditionally brings together representatives of major operators, government institutions, industry associations, and businesses, making it a significant platform for constructive dialogue and partnership development.
As part of the business program of KAZNEFTEGAZSERVICE 2026, participants discussed issues related to oil and gas construction, engineering, procurement, international projects, localization, and the expansion of Kazakhstan-based companies’ participation in major industry initiatives. According to the organizers, the conference program includes тематические sessions, B2B meetings, networking, and an awards ceremony honoring industry leaders, which further highlights its practical value for market participants.

A particularly important moment of SAM GROUP’s participation in the conference was the recognition of our team’s professional contribution: Executive Director Alisher Anarkulov was awarded the honorary medal “For Contribution to the Development of Oilfield Services.” For us, this is a meaningful achievement and a high recognition of the work aimed at advancing engineering solutions, supporting the industry, and strengthening the role of local companies in Kazakhstan’s oilfield services sector.
We would like to thank the organizers — the Union of Oilfield Service Companies of Kazakhstan — as well as the partners and participants of the conference for the high level of the event, the relevance of its agenda, and the opportunity to be part of one of the most important industry events of the year.
