The new model of STULZ CyberAir 3 precision air conditioners is a modern climatic solution combining innovative technologies, unique design developments and the possibility of individual selection of the optimal equipment.
Today, data centers (data processing centers) are the centers without which the global redevelopment of information would be unthinkable. Therefore, downtime of IT equipment due to overheating inevitably leads to losses in turnover. Precise (precise) air conditioning control guarantees round-the-clock, year-round cooling for the smooth operation of IT equipment. STULZ’s new CyberAir 3 self-contained air conditioning systems control the temperature and humidity in data centers with maximum precision, maximum reliability and maximum energy efficiency.
To ensure even greater reliability, all STULZ CyberAir models are equipped with a Copeland “Summit” scroll compressor. A new development is the new “Advanced Scroll Temperature Protection” (ASTP) overheating protection system. In the event of overheating, ASTP separates the scrolls from each other. The compressor runs without compression. The motor continues to function rather than stopping due to an accident. Thanks to this protection system, there is a balance between the high pressure and the suction side of the compressor
Such reconfiguration of the main units of the unit made it possible to create a water-cooled air-conditioner with a sensed power (at a carrier – water 7/12 deg) of 142 kW in a housing occupying an area of 2.9m*0.89 m, and also made it possible to provide easy access to all components of the air-conditioner and to the electronically commutated fan.

The electronic microcontroller of the GE cooling system combines compressor cooling and free (free) cooling in four stages:
FC – Free energy-saving cooling
EFC – Extended Free Cooling
MIXED – Cooling using compressor and free cooling
DX – Cooling using compressor
Compressor efficiency is increased in mixed mode (MIXED) through the use of an Electronic Expansion Valve (EEV)
Direct drive technology with reduced noise level; Application of direct drive fan unit technology without V-belts; Reduction of energy consumption by up to 30%, reduction of operating costs; Increased actual cooling capacity; Setting of the required airflow and fan speed on the C7000 controller; Reduced noise characteristics; Long trouble-free operation (min. 75,000 hours of operation without maintenance); No crumbs from the belt when the fan is running.
